AFTERMIDNIGHT™ BLUE is one of MANIC PANIC's most famous hair colors. It comes in three MANIC PANIC® hair color formulas: Classic cream, Amplified cream, and Gel . This striking color, when applied to bleached or pre-lightened hair will be a vivid, , deep "midnight"blue. This color has some strong pigment and will give a subtle to bold highlight on darker and natural hair, provided you allow for extra processing time. (Gooby says : DO A TEST STRIP!) Here we have some fine examples of AFTERMIDNIGHT™ BLUE. HOW'D HE DO IT? Our Dyehard Brad used AfterMidnight™ Blue on his natural hair and beard! He writes us: "Just found your product when I went looking for some crazy blue. Yeh, the line of the goatee's bleached, otherwise I'm medium brown haired. Basically, I just dried out my hair with some regular soap, put this stuff in overnight and I've got some great dark dark blue tint going on." So here you see the color in action on all types of hair! |

| HOW'D SHE DO IT? Our Dyehard Sarah says:"get your hair nice and bleached, the deader the better (so it will soak up all that wonderful dye).Then add the dye and let it sit until it gets nice and hard. Rinse it out with cool water. When your hair is this bleached and dyed, as long as you're not adding tons of product, you can get away without washing your hair as often. This will keep it nice and blue!" | |||||||||||||||||||||
| TIPS FROM SARAH:"I find the ends of my hair tend to fade to green faster than the healthier hair on top. Adding a bit of purple to the mix will help cancel out the greenish hue. Of all the blues, I find this one lasts the longest with the best results. I've been dyeing my hair with MANIC PANIC for at least 8 years and I've been using AFTERMIDNIGHT™ BLUE for about 2 years. It's harder to keep than a red, but well worth the extra effort! It's great to have blue hair, my favorite accessory is my boyfriend who has matching hair".
