Our Dyehard Kelsey got her gorgeous TIGER LILY™ hair by leaving the MANIC PANIC® color on her previously medium blonde colored hair for 45 minutes. - " I noticed that you don't have an example of "Tiger Lily." I had streaks of "Fuchsia Shock" around my face first. Then, I wanted an orangey color instead of the blonde that I had. I saw that you praised it in the review of the hair colors used in "Eternal Sunshine." I took a chance and I love the results. I wasn't sure if the color would "take" since my hair was colored, not bleached. The only part that was bleached was the Fuschia Shock™ strips in the front. I was really happy with the outcome. I hadn't tried MANIC PANIC® without first bleaching, so it was an experimant. I really liked the way it turned out."
