VIRGIN SNOW™

VIRGIN SNOW™ is available in three MANIC PANIC® Hair Color formulas: Gel, Classic Cream, and Amplifed Cream. It is a white toner for bleached hair...meaning that it is specifically designed for use on hair that is already bleached to the lightest possible shade. Application of Virgin Snow™ will remove the yellow/red tones left in the hair after bleaching and make your hair "as white as Andy!"

WHITE AS SNOW! HOW'D HE DO IT? Our Dyehard Herrold writes us a tale from professional personal experience: "I wanted to make my hair white for quite a while, and I came across your 'VIRGIN SNOW™' product. So I bought it and gave it a try. My instructors at hair design school said there was no way I'd be able to decolorize my hair enough to get it white. So I bleached it twice, and then applied MANIC PANIC VIRGIN SNOW™, waited about an hour, and washed it out. As you can see it turned out pure white, something that you don't see every day! I'm very satisfied with the results, and surprised even my instructors that I was able to bring a level 3 dark brown head of hair to pure white without it falling out!" In this second photo Herrold poses next to some actual snow so we can see how the color is an exact match. Good job, young man!

ALL WHITE WITH A GLOW Dyehard Carly writes us: " I have recently dyed my hair with VIRGIN SNOW™ and it is awesome! I bleached my hair twice until it was as ligfht as I could get it and then used VIRGIN SNOW™ to make it white, I love it. Also in One of these pics you can see a little bit of WILDFIRE™ poking through which I used to dye the underneath of my hair. I did this by pinning up the top part of my hair, leaving the dye on for a couple of hours and the rinsing throughly under the shower (With my head the right way up) until the water ran clear. I also went to a gig that had UV lights and the WILDFIRE™ part glowed! It was very cool - thanks Tish and Snooky!"

Our dyehard Mikael at left is another example of the bright white result of VIRGIN SNOW™. To delight us even further, he has "two-toned" his hair (with a little help from his friends) with FLAMING™. HOW'D HE DO IT?: "I tied the hair that was to be red in a little bun on the forehead and put the VIRGIN SNOW™ in the rest of the hair. My friend Helena dyed the FLAMING™ Red. When I wash it I do it separately (first the red, then the white) The red does ruin the white a little though, it turns into orange. I add a little more white and it did helps this problem." GOOBY TIP:: When you have streaks or two-toned hair you must completely isolate the colors when shampooing!

Our dyehard Angela writes "I wanted to make my hair white for long time, as close to the white like albino white. So I looked on the net and I came across Manic Panic VIRGIN SNOW™' product.  I knew I couldn’t do it myself at home so I went to my favorite salon and told them what I wanted to do and to use Virgin Snow as the toner.  So I had it bleached using 20% on my front and 30% volume of bleach on the rest of my hair. Then I waited two weeks and ordered the Virgin Snow to bring with me on my next appointment. Went back for the second visit do a root touch up and re bleach again (total 2 bleaching), then applied the Virgin Snow. Waited an hour, and washed it out. WOW! It was white. Just what I wanted, as close to albino white/snow white. It even surprised the salon folks! My hair is white, soft and in great condition. I’ll keep this color for a long time now. I totally love it!!" Tips to add: After the finishing work on my white hair, the salon recommends sleeping with my hair in a hair net/no-rag during the night to prevent any hair pulling at night. It works great to keep the hair in great shape the next morning. I also add a little (about a tablespoon) of the Virgin Snow into my hair conditioner to keep the white lasting longer.

HOW'D SHE DO IT?: Our dyehard Bonnie writes us "I bleached my hair first with MANIC PANIC FLASHLIGHTNING 30 volume and then I applied some VIRGIN SNOW™ hair color for 30 minutes making sure to cover my head with a plastic bag to create heat. I finally got the white hair I wanted and I don't have that gross yellow tint anymore. I love it!"
