HOW'D SHE DO IT? Our Dyehard writes us: "I tied back half of my hair and bleached out the top using Manic Panic Flashlightning 'til it was WHITE.. I then applied the Manic Panic New Rose color but I mixed a little leave-in conditioner with it to condition my hair from the bleaching process it just had been through.I wrapped it in saran wrap and sat under a dryer for 4 hours (heat helps the color really catch).The best thing about this color it makes me feel like a ROSE :), above all the most gorgeous flower.
