Shipping & Delivery
**CAUTION: During the summer months (July 1st - Sept 15th), shipments of Bleach Kits may leak due to extreme changes in temperature. During this time your shipment of Bleach cannot be guaranteed against damage. Manic Panic cannot predict extreme changes in temperature and therefore cannot be held responsible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders from our online retail store are processed until 12 noon EST. Orders after 12 noon EST will be processed on the following business day. Please keep this in mind when accounting for a delivery date.

All of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address. Orders over $50.00 will require a delivery signature.

FREE GROUND SHIPPING (in Continental U.S. only) on all orders $50.00 and over!

Bleach Kits and nail polish can ONLY be shipped via UPS or Fedex Ground to a street address. They CANNOT be shipped via Air, ie: 3-day select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. They CANNOT be shipped to PO Boxes, APOs, FPOs, Hawaii, Alaska, or international countries.

Returns & Replacements

If the product was not purchased directly from this Manic Panic website, please contact the original retailer directly. The customer service team where you made your purchase will help you with your purchase and /or return.

All claims for returns and/or credit for purchases from this website must be negotiated within 5 days of receipt of goods and authorized for return. All items must be in original and resellable condition, unused and unlabeled by your store. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call our offices at 718-937-6055 for a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly written on the outside of the box
Any issue with Manic Panic products purchased from this website can be addressed by our experieced customer service dept.  For further assistance, please be sure to provide us with the following: a receipt of purchase, photos of the product used, photos of the hair before and after application. Send those as attachments in an email to customerservice@manicpanic.com.
Our customer service specialist will respond back to you within 48 hours.

Please note: We are not responsible for salon service fees, cash or credit card refunds.
Order Processing
'Payment Pending' Orders:
Depending on certain issuing banks, some customer credit card payments may take up to 5 days to settle successfully. Orders that have a payment pending status will be held until the payment has been received in full. If this situation occurs, you will be notified within 1 business day of placing your order. Please be advised that unsettled payments may affect shipping/delivery times. For example: if the payment from your issuing bank takes three days to settle and you selected 2-day shipping, your total estimated time for delivery will be five days (three days processing and two days in transit).

After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure everything in your order is correct. If you have any questions about the items or delivery times, you can email our Retail Order Department at retail@manicpanic.com. Please have your Order Number ready.

In general, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and following that, an email with the tracking number from the designated shippers: www.USPS.com, FedEx or UPS.

Security
When you check out using the secure checkout button, all information entered will be encrypted through a secured connection. If your browser doesn't support secured connections and you received an error message when you tried to check out, you can use our standard server. In this case, information sent over the Internet will not be encrypted.

If you receive the error message and do not wish to use the standard server, please call us at 718-937-6055 or toll free at 1-800-95 Manic (1-800-956-2642), 9 AM to 5 PM EST M-F and place the order directly over the telephone with our Retail Order Department using your credit card.
