Returns

At Manic Panic, your satisfaction is our top priority. Our vendor partners guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have a valid reason, we will be happy to talk to you by phone at 718-937-6055 or toll free at 1-800-95MANIC.

In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must have been purchased directly from Manic Panic (www.manicpanic.com) and within 2 weeks of your purchase. Our Returns Team will evaluate whether or not the merchandise can be returned or exchanged. If the reason is valid, a Return Authorization number will be issued to you and you must write this RA number on the outside of the box. Unauthorized returns or returns that are not accompanied by an RA number will not be acknowledged with a refund or exchange.

In all cases, the customer must pay for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only after the merchandise has been received back into our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you of receipt of package.


If a package is returned to us for ANY reason by the shipper (example: package was not picked up by the customer, incorrect or incomplete shipping address was submitted or customs refuses entry) the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the return shipping costs, if applicable.

If you would like the package reshipped to you, new shipping charges will apply.


*Shipping charges are under no circumstance refundable.


If a package is refused by a customer, Tish & Snooky’s NYC will only refund the price of the product(s).


If you purchased the item at one of our retailers, please contact the store directly.


Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, you must call us or send an email to retail@manicpanic.com with your Order Number and the details of your exchange. Please keep in mind that exchanges cannot be made after your order ships.


If there are any price differences, the balance will be charged automatically to the credit card you provided with your order.

Refunds and Non-Returnable Items

Any opened and/or used products do not qualify for an exchange or return.

Clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded: all sales are final.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All wigs are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. Colors may vary slightly.
