    Be careful about hair condition!

I have a short pixie cut so I anticipated getting multiple dyes out of this product. Before dying my hair, I bleached it with the flash lightening kit (which worked great). Then, after closely following the instructions, I used about half of the jar on my hair. I got some mixed results. I had bleached my hair several times back towards the end of January in an attempt to get the red out of my hair. The parts of my hair that were still bleached from January held the color really well and gave me a beautiful shade of silver-blue. The parts of my hair that had since grown in were a pale shade of yellow. Not as obnoxious as bleach, but not gray. I waited a day and used the rest of the jar in an attempt to fix the yellow parts of my hair. The second dye was slightly more successful, but my roots are still pretty yellow, especially at the nape of my neck. Overall, my hair doesn't look too bad, but I don't recommend having your hair in mixed condition while dying it this color.
